Had an very nice time at this place. The building itself was something else-pictures don't do it justice! Got a lush garden and city view from my room. The breakfast was like a buffet paradise-custom omelets made just how you like them!

The mineral water pool was a unique experience. swimming felt refreshing without the usual sting in the eyes. However, finding the check-in line a bit long and a few menu items lacking variety were minor drawbacks.

My room was super clean and tidy. The amenities were good, and I loved the big king-size bed with lots of pillows—really comfy for resting. The terrace was nice for some fresh air, and the pool area was amazing for chilling out. Just had a couple of small issues, but the manager handled them smoothly, and that made my last night so much better.

we loved our stay at pan pacific! the deluxe two-bedroom was spacious with beautiful views and an outstanding design. the buffet breakfast was delicious, and we had a fantastic time at the pool. the service from seeva at the pool bar was top-notch! also, the st gregory spa was a wonderful touch for relaxation.

Plus, the pool could use more attentive service. having to trek back to the room for water isn't ideal when you’re trying to relax with the family.
